Business advise for small businesses

What are you going to do in order to make next year better than this year has been?

Of course, I am assuming this year was not as successful as you would have liked it to be, or perhaps it was and you want next year to be even more successful.  

Either way, I am going to share a secret with you.  It is the only secret that you need to know in order to become more successful than you dreamed possible.  Does that sound good?

Here it is - ‘You have got to raise your game’.  

What do I mean?  I mean you have got to become better.  Better at marketing, selling, managing, leading, HR, finance etc, etc.

However, before you tell me - “I have enough to do just running my business”!  Let me pose some key questions?

  1. If you carry on the way you are running your business, are you going to achieve the level of success that you want?
  2. If you wanted to make more profit in the next 12 months what would you need to do?
  3. If you could wave a magic wand and be better at one key skill in your business, what would it be?
  4. What are you going to do next year to create more sales?
  5. What are you going to do next year to improve your skills and your ability to run truey successful business?

I hope that you have the answers to some of those questions and I hope too that you will spend some time pondering the questions that you can’t yet answer.
