What are you going to do in order to get better RESULTS next year, than you did this year?

I am assuming that this year was not as successful as you would have liked it to be, or perhaps it was and you want next year to be even more successful.  

Either way, I am going to share with you a secret.   It is the only secret that you need to know in order to become more successful than you dreamed possible.  Does that sound good?

Here it is - ‘You have got to raise your game’.  

What do I mean?  I mean you have got to become better.  Better at marketing, selling, managing, leading, HR, finance et, etc.

However, before you say - I have enough to do just running my business!  Let me share some questions with you?

  1. If you carry on the way you are running your business, are you going to achieve the level of success that you want to achieve?
  2. Are you willing to do what it takes to become more knowledgeable about business and how to really grow your business?
  3. If Richard Branson took over your business tomorrow, what would he do differently?
  4. If you wanted to make more profit in the next 12 months what would you need to do?
  5. If you could wave a magic wand and be better at one key skill in your business, what would it be?
  6. What are you going to do next year to create more sales for your business?
  7. What are you going to do next year to improve your skills and your ability to run a more successful business?

I hope that you have some of the answers to those questions and I hope you will spend some time pondering the questions that you can’t yet answer.
