What would he do differently? Would he do anything that you can't do? The answer is probably no, so why don't you do this!
Sit down with your team and answer this simple question - If Richard Branson ran our business for 12 months, what would he do differently?
For example, would he:
I really don't know what he would do for you, but I do know that if he was told to increase sales and profits, then he would change some things and perhaps lots of things.
I hope this has given you some food for thought. But even more than that, I hope that you are going to take action as a result of that thought.
